Information about Covid-19

  • Keep a minimum distance of 2 meters (6 feet) from people who do not belong to your social bubble.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • In public places, try to keep a minimum distance of one and a half meters from people because some people who do not have symptoms can spread the virus.
 
  • Licensed COVID-19 vaccines can help protect you from the virus.
  • Get the COVID-19 vaccine when it is available to you.
 

Avoid crowded and poorly ventilated spaces because:

 
  • Before eating or preparing food
  • Before touching your face
  • After going to the bathroom
  • After leaving public places
  • After blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing
  • After handling your mask
  • After changing diapers
  • After caring for a sick person
  • After touching animals or pets
  • If soap and water are not available, use alcohol gel.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth without first washing your hands.
 
  • If you have your mask on, you may cough or sneeze into your mask. As soon as possible replace the mask with a new one and wash your hands.
  • If you do not have a mask, always cover your mouth and nose with a handkerchief or do it on the inside of your elbow and do not spit. Throw used tissues in the trash.
  • Clean high-touch surfaces such as tables, door handles, desks, etc. on a daily basis.
  • Watch for symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or other symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Check your temperature if you have symptoms
  • If you have any of these symptoms, see your doctor as soon as possible.
